We work with fantastic chefs and cookery institutions who know all about food. We fill our ship’s bags with goodies, and set off for distant shores.
The raw materials often come from the sea, and we may well make a detour to meet the family of the salmon selected for dinner. They all live in the same enclosure on our route! There are several ideal places we can visit and many optional menus.
We can prepare our meal under cover using the most modern kitchen facilities – or in more primitive surroundings somewhere under open skies.
Much of the success of the meal depends on you and what you bring to it – our chefs will provide inspiration and creativity, and show you a few short-cuts to ease the process.
